Eligibility for Return You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • You provide the original order number and proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.
  • Products returned due to personal scent preference after opening.

Return Conditions Items must be returned in their original condition. Any signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer may result in the return being rejected. In such cases, the item may be returned to you at your own expense.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@joreas.com within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or supporting evidence. We will review your case and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or store credit. In these cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

International Returns For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Please clearly label the package as “Returned Goods” on the customs declaration to avoid additional fees or delays. Any fees incurred due to incorrect customs declarations may be deducted from your refund.
